Doula Care Packages

Meet for 30 minute free consultation. This way we can determine if you and I are a great fit. This is important if we are to be working closely together. This package include 6 total hrs of birth prep. We would meet twice to discuss birth plans, and go over any questions, fears and desires you might have.

I will provide information so that you can make informed choices and also resources for any questions you have. I will provide a personal phone number and email and be available till 4 weeks postpartum.

 

I will be joining you at the onset of active labour and remain with you throughout, and up to several hours postpartum if desired. For the last two weeks prenatal I will be on call 24/7.

 

I provide up to 4 hrs in person postpartum support to help with lactation concerns, infant care, and any other needs you might have. I will also resource connections for parent/play groups, more intense lactation support, etc.

 

Once we sign a contract after our primary consultation, payment in half will be remitted, with the rest paid in full no later than the last prenatal visit. Because I am still working toward certification, insurance will not cover this fee.
